Roles & Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
Meet prospective clients to understand their property requirements and investment goals.
Present residential, commercial, and plotted development projects to potential buyers.
Conduct property site visits and provide detailed project presentations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Negotiate pricing and close property sales while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking, documentation, and handover.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and CRM teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports using CRM software.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and real estate regulations.
Participate in property exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement events.
Mentor junior sales executives and support the sales team in achieving organizational goals.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
