Key Responsibilities
Manage daily business operations.
Develop operational policies and procedures.

Monitor quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with department heads.
Optimize resources and control operational costs.
Prepare operational reports for senior management.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
