We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) with 1+ year of experience in generating business through online platforms and acquiring new clients for IT services.

Responsibilities:
Bid on projects through Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Prepare proposals, communicate with clients, and negotiate project terms.
Coordinate with technical teams to understand project requirements.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Required Skills:
1+ year of experience in online bidding or IT business development.
Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of web,



mobile, and software development services.
Target-oriented with robust client-handling skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Applications, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in online bidding or business development.
