We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal - oriented skilled to join our Agency Channel team. The role focuses on building a robust advisor network, driving sales performance, and contributing to business growth through effective team management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Source, recruit, and onboard Insurance Advisors.
Develop and strengthen advisor relationships to maximize productivity.
Conduct regular training and skill - development sessions.
Support advisors in customer acquisition and business generation.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
Monitor advisor performance and provide continuous guidance.
Implement sales strategies to increase market penetration.
Ensure business growth through effective team management.

Candidate Profile




Graduate in any stream.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, BFSI, Insurance, FMCG, Pharma, Telecom, or related sectors.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in team building and people management preferred.
Self - driven and target - oriented qualified.
