Position: Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building construction and the ability to coordinate with contractors, engineers, and labor teams.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely project execution.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.




Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Identify and resolve in office issues promptly.
Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
Positive leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in building construction projects.
Experience in Government/CPWD/PWD projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
