Pitch banks POS terminals, QR codes, payment gateways, and other digital payment solutions and cross sell
Meet assigned monthly/quarterly targets for merchant acquisition and activation.
Ensure complete documentation and KYC compliance during onboarding.
Train merchants on device usage, settlement process, and support mechanisms.
Monitor merchant activity post-onboarding to drive transaction volume and reduce attrition.
Build robust relationships with merchants for referrals and upselling.
Coordinate with internal teams for technical setup, service, and troubleshooting.
