Role Description:

As a Data Scientist, you will work with a cross-functional team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, data engineers, analysts, and DevOps engineers within the Clinical Data Science team. The role focuses on developing and deploying production-grade machine learning models and scalable data science solutions to support predictive analytics for clinical trial planning and execution.

Desired Skills:

Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, STEM, or related field (or equivalent skilled experience).
5+ years of experience in production-grade data science, including model development, deployment, and monitoring.
Robust Python programming skills with libraries such as:




scikit-learn
TensorFlow / Keras / PyTorch
pandas
scipy
Flask or FastAPI
Experience working with large and complex datasets, including data cleaning and preprocessing.
Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly S3 and SageMaker.
Understanding of software development practices, including Git, code reviews, and testing.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Familiarity with AWS services such as ECS, EC2, API Gateway, ECR, and DynamoDB.
Experience with Docker or containerization technologies.
Knowledge of CI/CD and MLOps practices.
Exposure to life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical data.
