Sales Trainer responsibilities include conducting skills gap analysis, preparing
learning material and evaluating results after each training session. For this role, you
will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job
and recommend ways to increase productivity.
Ultimately, you will be supporting in increasing the overall productivity of our sales
teams and ensure to improve their skill which could help them to achieve their
goals.
Manage training & development objective of the allotted partner branches/cluster
Ensure maximum training coverage to meet up desired sales objectives & business performance.
Plan training calendar and ensure training coverage as per planned calendar & training needs.
Ensure that right selling behavior, sales ethics and right sales practices are embedded through the training imparted in line with company standards and regulations.
Have to closely work with the sales team of both Demat & other products to formulate training strategy as per need.
Ensure delivery of skills, behavioral & sales oriented training.
