Having knowledge of 5 s, iso and capa and other quality criteria.
Incoming, In-Process aur Final Inspection management.
Customer complaints aur CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) handle.
Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D) .
PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC aur ISO documentation.
