Responsibilities
Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and company websites.
Upload and update product information, images, pricing, and descriptions.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
Process and track customer orders.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to orders and products.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date product catalog management.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
Knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Job Details
Shift: UK Shift (12:30 PM – 10:30 PM)
Location: IT Park, Chandigarh (Office will shift to Mohali within 3 months)
Probation Period: 3 Months
Holidays: UK Bank Holidays
Annual Increment: Performance-based yearly increment
Transportation: No cab facility provided
