Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers.
Coordinate employer visits, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
Explore current hiring opportunities and partnerships.
Placement Operations
Manage end-to-end placement activities and recruitment processes.
Coordinate job postings, candidate nominations, interviews, and offer tracking.
Ensure timely communication between employers and candidates.
Monitor joining status and retention of placed candidates.
Student/Candidate Support
Guide candidates on career prospects and job requirements.
Conduct pre-placement orientation sessions.
Support resume building, interview preparation, and employability skills.
Counsel candidates on career pathways and qualified behavior.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate placement databases and candidate records.
Track placement metrics, interviews, offers, and joining reports.
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with training, operations, and program teams.




Coordinate with center teams for candidate mobilization and interview scheduling.
Ensure smooth execution of placement targets and project requirements.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain placement-related documentation and records.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and donor/project requirements.
Collect offer letters, joining proofs, and employer feedback.
Target Achievement
Achieve placement and employer engagement targets.
Track progress against monthly and annual goals.
Drive initiatives to improve placement rates and candidate outcomes.
