Key Responsibilities-

Manage and lead a team of 25–30 Collection Executives.
Monitor daily team performance and ensure collection targets are achieved.
Guide, coach, and motivate team members.
Handle escalated customer cases.
Track collection metrics and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Conduct team briefings and reviews.
Coordinate with management to improve strategies.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year experience as Team Leader in Collections/BPO/Voice Process.
Experience handling 15–20 employees is mandatory.
Fluent Hindi required.
Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada is a plus.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
