Key Responsibilities:
Support daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and Cross Dock (XD) processes.
Ensure accurate inventory transactions and effective use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Coordinate shift activities, manpower allocation, and operational workflow.
Monitor operational KPIs and support productivity improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and 5S practices.
Assist in resolving operational issues and implementing process improvements.
Maintain operational records and prepare MIS reports.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
2?4 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Fulfillment Operations.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and WMS.
Valuable communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
