Verify patient coverage limits and eligibility immediately upon admission.
Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies to secure rapid approvals for cashless treatments and planned surgeries.
Guide patients and their families regarding their insurance coverage, policy exclusions, and expected out-of-pocket expenses.
Gather, verify, and submit required medical documents (discharge summaries, investigation reports, and final bills) to the insurer.
Monitor claim status, resolve queries or billing discrepancies, and follow up with TPAs to ensure timely settlement of hospital bills.
Ensure all procedures comply with hospital and insurance regulatory protocols, and maintain regular reporting on claim statuses.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
