Key Responsibilities:
Execute and monitor day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and Cross Dock (XD) activities.
Ensure inventory accuracy and effective Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations.
Coordinate manpower planning, shift allocation, and team productivity.
Monitor operational KPIs and support initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations and SLA adherence.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, 5S practices, and operational guidelines.
Support process improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues through timely corrective actions.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain operational records for performance tracking.





Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
3?5 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Fulfillment Operations.
Working knowledge of WMS, inventory management, and warehouse processes.
Solid coordination, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
