Role Description:

The Maintenance In-charge will be responsible for executing preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. The role involves managing mechanical, electrical, and utility systems while minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Ensure minimum downtime.
Should have knowledge of automatic assembly machines.
Maintain compressors, chillers, boilers, DG sets, hydraulic & power press machines, and assembly machines.
Manage Zinc Plating Plant and CED Plant maintenance.
Supervise electrical panels and Special Purpose Machines (SPM).
Handle PHC, sensors, and drives.
Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Maintain records and coordinate with production while ensuring safety compliance.

Qualification:

Diploma/ Btech in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.

Prior Experience in manufacturing industry
