Key Responsibilities
Perform cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas.
Guide and support Housekeeping Associates during daily operations.
Inspect cleaned rooms before handing them over for occupancy.
Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed.
Train recent associates on cleaning procedures and hotel standards.
Monitor housekeeping supplies and report shortages.
Report maintenance defects and safety concerns immediately.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
Assist in room status updates with the Front Office.
Support supervisors during peak occupancy and special events.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of assigned tasks when required.

Qualifications
Minimum: 10th/PUC or equivalent.
Housekeeping experience in a hotel.
Experience in guest room cleaning and public area maintenance.
Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
