This role is for a Lead Software Engineer PeopleSoft HCM with 7+ years of experience. This position focuses on PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and is intended for a senior-level, techno-functional qualified who can work independently, lead technical discussions, interact directly with clients, and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle. The candidate is expected to participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, implementation, technical reviews, production support, and mentoring, while serving as an Individual Contributor (IC).
They should also have at least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences and have completed 3 projects involving the mandatory HCM modules.
Functional & Consulting SkillsThe candidate should have solid techno-functional knowledge of HCM processes, experience conducting client requirement gathering workshops, solution design, stakeholder management, and implementing industry best practices. They should be comfortable working directly with customers, handling complex business requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving project delivery while demonstrating excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
