We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior System Administrator to support and maintain our IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for system maintenance, user support, server administration, network monitoring, backup management, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting
Manage servers, cloud infrastructure, and network security
Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, and connectivity issues
Handle user account management and support tickets
Monitor network performance and backup/recovery processes
Provide remote support and coordinate with vendors when required
Maintain IT documentation, software licenses, and inventory records

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Freshers can also apply




Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting
Familiarity with server management and cloud environments is an advantage
Positive communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of ticketing systems and remote support tools
Basic understanding of backup and recovery processes
Solid analytical and troubleshooting abilities

Working hours:
9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Monday–Friday
