Experience: 3–8 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for Railway Infrastructure Projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and monitoring civil construction activities related to railway works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at railway project sites.
Monitor execution of earthwork, embankment, track formation, drainage works, culverts, minor and major bridges, platforms, and station buildings.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and railway standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers for smooth project execution.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization at site.




Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety procedures.
Maintain daily progress reports, work records, and site documentation.
Assist in quantity measurements and verification of executed work.
Report project progress, delays, and technical issues to the Project Engineer/Manager.
Coordinate with survey and quality teams for project activities.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work packages.
