Key Responsibilities:
3+ years of Workday configuration experience, with a focus on Workday Advantages.
Hands-on experience with benefits programs (health, welfare, retirement), including plan design, eligibility rules, rates, and event processing.
Strong knowledge of Workday business process configuration, condition rules, and calculated fields.
Familiarity with vendor file integrations, including troubleshooting data transmission errors.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions clearly. Preferred
Workday Pro certification in Advantages.
Experience configuring other Workday modules (Absence, Advanced Compensation, or Expense).
Exposure to multi-country benefit plan setup.
Experience with the Workday integration framework
