Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and workforce.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors.
Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Manage material usage and site inventory.
Requirements
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred).
2–5 years of experience as a Site Incharge or Site Supervisor.
Valuable knowledge of construction processes and site management.
Ability to handle manpower and coordinate with multiple teams.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹13,087.58 - ₹50,000.00 per month
