Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Resource Management Executive with 1 to 5 years of experience in workforce planning, resource allocation, utilization management, and project staffing within a software services or IT consulting workplace. The candidate will work closely with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Business Leaders to ensure optimal utilization of resources while meeting project staffing requirements and organizational business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
1 to 5 years of experience in End to End Resource Management, Workforce Management, PMO, Staffing Coordination, or Operations within an IT Services organization.




Should have hands on experience in Resource Allocation, Workforce Planning, Capacity Planning, Demand & Supply Management, Bench Management, Utilization Tracking, Stakeholder Management.
Exposure to workforce analytics and reporting tools.
Experience supporting multiple projects and business units simultaneously.
Robust understanding of IT skills, technologies, and project staffing models.
Robust Communication Skills, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving.

Technical Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards
Power BI / Tableau
HRMS and Resource Management Tools
Must Have - MIS Reporting
