IRS Study Abroad is looking for Student Counsellors with at least 1 year of experience in an Overseas Education / Study Abroad consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents on study abroad prospects.
Guide students in selecting suitable countries, universities, and courses based on their profile and career goals.
Assist students throughout the admission process, including applications, documentation, and university communication.
Provide guidance on visa procedures and pre-departure requirements.
Follow up with enquiries and convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
Coordinate with the admissions and processing team to ensure a smooth student journey.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Study Abroad / Overseas Education Consultancy.
Good understanding of international admissions, documentation, and visa processes.
Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Target-oriented and committed to delivering a high-quality student experience.
Preferred
Experience handling destinations such as the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, or New Zealand.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
