Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience working with State clients. The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing, screening, and coordination skills in the US staffing domain and be comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment setting.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
Work on requirements from State clients
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and visa status.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
Strong experience working with State clients
Proven experience with State clients (Non-negotiable)
Excellent communication skills
35 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Positive understanding of US work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.)Role & responsibilities
