Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling & Conversion
Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions.
Maintain a high conversion ratio and achieve enrollment targets.

Lead Management
Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively.
Maintain accurate data in CRM systems.
Track and manage the complete admission funnel.

Admission Process Handling

Guide students through application, documentation, and enrollment process.
Ensure timely submission of forms and fees.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.

Relationship Management
Build robust relationships with students and parents.
Address queries related to courses, fees, career prospects, etc.
Provide a positive counseling experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
14 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or inside sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in EdTech / Education industry
