Sales and Revenue Management
Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual showroom targets.
KPI Monitoring: Track sales metrics such as footfall, conversion rates, and average ticket size.

Staff Training: Educate staff on product knowledge (karatage, gemstone quality, pricing) and advanced selling techniques.
Performance Tracking: Monitor daily attendance, grooming, and individual employee performance through regular evaluations.

Customer Service
Client Relations: Nurture solid customer relationships to drive repeat business, referrals, and VIP client retention.

Inventory and Asset Management
Stock Audits: Conduct regular, meticulous inventory audits to prevent shrinkage, pilferage,



and internal losses.
Security & Display: Ensure the secure handling, opening, and closing of precious metals and stone inventories.

Operations and Compliance
Administrative Duties: Prepare daily/weekly reports, manage point-of-sale activities, and ensure billing/tax (e.g., GST) accuracy.
Policy Adherence: Enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and statutory compliance norms.
Vendor/HO Coordination: Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams for product replenishment and the launch of recent collections. [1, 2, 3]

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
