Solid experience in after-sales service and field service management.
Ability to manage multi-location service operations across region.
Good technical troubleshooting mindset.
Solid customer handling and escalation management skills.
Experience managing field teams, vendors, and service partners.
Ability to work with service dashboards, trackers, and reporting formats.
Solid planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language knowledge will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively across region.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
