Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centric digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, business analysts, and developers.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to identify user needs and pain points.
Create user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Design responsive and visually appealing web and mobile applications.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Advocate UX best practices and user-centered design principles across projects.
Ensure consistency in branding and visual design standards.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.
Robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools.
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Solid understanding of Human-Centered Design (HCD), Design Thinking, and usability principles.
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies is an added advantage.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
