Overview

We are seeking a Senior Lead React Developer with solid expertise in Micro Frontend architecture using Module Federation. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in development, capable of setting up configurations, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and collaborating across teams. Exposure to backend technologies and willingness to cross-skill is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable front-end applications using React.js.
Architect and implement Micro Frontend solutions leveraging Module Federation.
Set up and configure build systems, environments, and project structures.
Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor developers within the team.
Collaborate closely with backend engineers, ensuring smooth integration of front-end and backend services.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant, and maintainable applications.




Demonstrate flexibility to learn and work on backend technologies as needed.

Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux (or other state management tools).
Proven expertise in Micro Frontend architecture and Webpack Module Federation.
Solid experience in frontend configuration setup, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to review, refactor, and optimize code for scalability and performance.
Robust understanding of web security, responsive design, and performance optimization.
Working knowledge of at least one backend technology (Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar).
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
Willingness to cross-skill and adapt to evolving technologies.
