PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Support & Enablement
Prepare and deliver customer quotations (spot quotes, RFQs, small tenders).
Support sales reps with customer presentations, proposals, and materials.
Manage follow-ups on quotes, leads, and opportunities.
Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.

Tender & Pricing Coordination
Interface with Tender Management for regional RFQs.
Gather customer data for bids and ensure pricing compliance.
Submit tender responses on time with complete documentation.

CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain CRM data integrity across accounts and prospects.
Track pipeline, status updates, and ensure sales compliance.
Monitor KPIs including win/loss and GP per account.
Generate reports and dashboards for leadership

Sales Tools, Reporting, & Analytics
Update sales collateral, rate sheets, and materials.




Identify growth opportunities through data insights.

Cross-Functional Coordination
Align quotations with local product (Air/Ocean).
Coordinate with Finance for credit checks.
Partner with Marketing for campaigns and events.
Collaborate with Customer Service on service recovery issues
