Goodworth Commercial Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive, well-spoken, and organized Sales Coordinator to support our Business Development team. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for customer communication, order coordination, quotation management, and sales documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support & Coordination
Assist the core sales and business development teams in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.
Prepare, verify, and dispatch accurate client quotations, proposals, and sales invoices promptly.
Track order statuses from inquiry to fulfillment, ensuring smooth execution and timely client updates.

Client Communication & Relationship Handling
Manage incoming client communications smoothly across phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Act as a reliable liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve queries effectively.
Maintain clean, organized sales records, customer interaction logs, and CRM/database entries.

Administrative & Digital Support
Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,



Outlook) for daily reporting, tracking sheets, and client correspondence.
Support digital communication and basic social media activity/outreach to enhance company presence when needed.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in customer handling, client coordination, or sales support (via phone, email, or face-to-face).
Language Proficiency: Extremely robust English communication skills (both spoken and written) are strictly required.
Technical Skills: Sound working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet research, and email etiquette. Familiarity with basic social media tools is a bonus.
Personal Attributes: Highly organized, presentable personality, sharp attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced workplace.
