Hospital Maintenance Executive

We are looking for an experienced Hospital Maintenance Executive to manage and oversee the maintenance of our multi-speciality hospital. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all hospital utilities, equipment, and infrastructure while maintaining safety, quality, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day maintenance of hospital buildings and infrastructure.
Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, fire fighting, DG sets, lifts, STP, WTP, UPS, and medical gas pipeline systems (MGPS).
Coordinate with AMC vendors, contractors, and service providers for timely maintenance and repairs.




Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-effective maintenance practices.
Maintain maintenance logs, equipment history, and service records.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, fire safety norms, and other statutory requirements.
Supervise maintenance technicians, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and other maintenance staff.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and minimize downtime.
Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance consumables.
Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and schedules for management review.
