Experience:
Overall 6+ Years of IT Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science with at least 1 Year in Gen AI
Minimum of 2+ years of focused experience in NLP, especially Generative AI and Large Language Models is a must, demonstrating a deep understanding of their applications and limitations
Technical Proficiency
Proficiency in Generative AI, Traditional AI
Robust, hands-on experience building AI agents — both single-agent and multi-agent (multi-modal) systems — using LangChain, Agentic frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) or similar
Proven experience deploying agentic/Gen AI solutions to production on both AWS and Azure — not just prototyping; should be able to own the full path from POC to a live, scaled deployment
Experience in developing POCs and understanding of materializing those POCs to production
Knowledge of embedding the usage of ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini for regular processes
Proficiency in Python, Keras/TensorFlow/PyTorch with strong coding skills
Experience in developing & deploying Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Time Series Projects
Hands-on experience with Flask/FastAPI and familiarity with MLOps practices
Good experience with computer vision, image processing and pattern recognition projects
Proficient in version control management, particularly with Git
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical Proficiency (Optional)
Valuable to have software development experience
Solid in Cloud AWS (Bedrock) and Azure (Azure AI) — candidates comfortable operating across both clouds for agent deployment will be preferred
Familiarity with advanced software development skills such as pattern design, testing, cross-platform software, and source control
Process / Domain Knowledge Mandatory
Experience in Generative AI based application development, with demonstrable work building and shipping AI agents (single or multi-modal), is a must
Enthusiasm for acquiring and implementing new knowledge
Should be ready to come to office at least 3 days a week.
