JD:
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow best practices.
Lead and support ServiceNow instance migrations and upgrades, including data migration, update sets, scoped applications, and platform version upgrades.
Perform instance-to-instance migrations, coordinate deployment activities, and validate post-migration functionality to ensure system stability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
Maintain platform performance, implement enhancements, and document technical designs, migration procedures, and support processes.
