Use Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to find niche talent.
Build and maintain active candidate pools for current and upcoming hiring needs.
Conduct initial phone screens, evaluate technical skills, and pitch the company culture.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine targeting criteria and share market insights
Required Candidate Profile
6 Months to 2 years in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or corporate sourcing.
Minimum 6 months BPO experience is mandatory.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday or Greenhouse, and talent databases.
Advanced search techniques, robust communication, and data tracking for recruitment metrics
