Roles and Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain IBM Sterling and IBM MFT solutions for managed file transfer use cases.
Configure IBM MFT components and troubleshoot end-to-end file transfer flows in production.
Work with supported transfer protocols and validate connectivity, authentication, and transfer behavior.
Perform production support activities including incident triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Support QA and development activities by preparing test scenarios, validating configurations, and assisting releases.
Skills Required:
8 - 10 years of experience in IBM Sterling/IBM MFT and managed file transfer operations
IBM Sterling
IBM MFT (Managed File Transfer)
Protocol and configuration experience for managed file transfer workflows
Production support experience with QA and development exposure
