Acts as a Business Analyst/Project Manager, driving end-to-end project delivery and PMO governance
Prepare management dashboards and reporting views for leadership decision-making
Drive execution of strategic projects across geographies in partnership with stateside, IT, and business stakeholders
Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and firm-wide governance standards
Govern and maintain baselined project plans in alignment with regional stakeholders
Continuously monitor project progress, quality, risks, and issue resolution
Publish weekly status reports, highlighting delays, risks, and forward-looking actions
Track and manage critical path activities to ensure delivery timelines are met
Facilitate governance by scheduling meetings, and publishing minutes within defined timelines
