Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost efficiency, reliability, and safety standards.
Translate customer requirements analysis into functional automation solutions.
Integrate mechanical systems with pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, actuators, sensors, servo motors, and motion control systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, controls, production, and vendor development teams.
Apply knowledge of machining, welding, sheet metal design, and fabrication processes.
Evaluate standard parts and bought-out components for performance and cost optimization.
