Role & responsibilities
Implement and monitor hospital quality improvement programs.
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards such as National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) or Joint Commission International (JCI), where applicable and faced atleast two NABH accreditations.
Conduct internal quality audits and inspections.
Monitor quality indicators, patient safety goals, and clinical outcomes.
Investigate incidents, patient complaints, and root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Train hospital staff on quality policies, infection control, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with different departments to improve processes and patient satisfaction.
Prepare quality reports, documentation, and presentations for management.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's/Master's in Hospital Administration.
Experience in hospital quality, NABH standards, audits, and patient safety.
Knowledge of QA, SOPs, CAPA, RCA, and healthcare compliance.
Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and quality documentation.
