Looking for a candidate who will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all mechanical equipment, including Calendering, Extruder, Mixer and Pulverizer. Mechanical maintenance concepts should be clear for Maintenance concepts should be explicit for compressor, chiller, generator and pump.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment including conveyors, extruders, and other machinery
Carry out preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and replacing parts as necessary to prevent equipment breakdown.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, oiling, and greasing mechanical equipment, and inspecting belts, pulleys, bearings, and other components to ensure they are in good working condition.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with machinery and equipment
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics




Collaborate with production and maintenance team members to identify and resolve mechanical issues
Assist with the installation of current equipment and systems
Maintain a safe and clean work workplace
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications:
ITI with Fitter certification
Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and repair in an industrial setting, preferably in an extrusion plant
Knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
