The role includes overseeing the entire quality engineering function with a solid emphasis on automation, aiming to improve control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing practices and to drive improvements in product quality and delivery efficiency.
Roles Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within the testing framework.
Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of testing strategies with overall project goals.
Qualified Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Selenium.
Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Positive understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
