Job Description Current Account (CA) Acquisition Role
Role Title: Associate Manager Acquisition (Current Account)
Function: Retail Banking CASA Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Current Account (CA) acquisition from NTB (Current-to-Bank) customers.
Identify and target business segments such as SMEs, traders, specialists, and corporates.
Source high-value CA customers through field activity, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
Achieve monthly targets for:
CA acquisition
Average Monthly Balance (AMB)
Fee income and cross-sell
Drive cross-selling of products:
Fixed Deposits (FD)
Insurance
POS/Merchant solutions
Working capital products
