We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Engineer to lead engineering activities for utility-scale Hybrid Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. The candidate should possess robust leadership capabilities and extensive technical knowledge in renewable energy project design.

Role & responsibilities
Lead engineering and design activities for Solar + BESS projects.
Review and approve detailed engineering deliverables.
Develop design standards and engineering procedures.
Mentor junior engineers.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, EPC teams, and OEMs.
Optimize project design for cost and performance.
Ensure compliance with national and international standards.
