Roles and Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Telecaller Executive or similar role with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team workplace and adapt to changing circumstances.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to meet deadlines and achieve performance targets consistently.
