11+ years of IT experience with 3+ years as a ServiceNow Architect.
Robust expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, HR Case Management, Employee Centre Pro, and Lifecycle Events.
Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
End-to-end HRSD implementation and client-facing experience.
CSA certification required; CIS-HRSD preferred.
Responsibilities:
Design and architect scalable HRSD solutions.
Lead HRSD implementations and integrations.
Gather business requirements and provide technical solutions.
Review technical designs, mentor developers, and ensure ServiceNow best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality HRSD solutions.
