Role Summary

Lead end-to-end 3P Grocery Operations, ensuring operational excellence, partner performance, service quality, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction across fulfillment centers and dark stores.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end operations across 3P grocery fulfillment and dark store network.
Drive partner performance through SLA governance, productivity, and quality metrics.
Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, compliance, and safety standards.
Optimize cost, inventory accuracy, capacity utilization, and workforce planning.
Improve key metrics including OTIF, fill rate, order accuracy, and customer experience.
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Category, Planning, Quality, Finance, and Technology teams.
Review operational dashboards, identify improvement prospects, and drive corrective actions.
Build and develop high-performing operations teams and partner capabilities.
Manage escalations,



business continuity, and peak season readiness.

Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
10?14 years of experience in Grocery, E-commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations.
Proven experience managing large-scale third-party (3P) operations and cross-functional teams.
Solid analytical, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
