Role Summary

Manage day-to-day 3P Grocery Operations across fulfillment centers and dark stores, ensuring SLA adherence, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and an exceptional customer experience while driving partner performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across assigned 3P grocery sites.
Ensure achievement of KPIs including OTIF, fill rate, order accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with operational SOPs and SLAs.
Drive inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and process compliance.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Category, Planning, Quality, and Last Mile teams to ensure seamless operations.
Analyze operational metrics, identify improvement prospects, and implement corrective actions.
Support manpower planning, capacity management, and peak operations.
Ensure adherence to safety, security, and statutory compliance standards.




Resolve operational escalations and drive root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Prepare operational MIS and performance reports for leadership.

Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
6?8 years of experience in Grocery, E-commerce, Retail, Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
Experience managing third-party (3P) operations and cross-functional stakeholders.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
