Candidate Profile (Very Important) || Must - Have
15 - 22+ years' experience
Experience in B2B / sales-driven organizations (must-have)
Strong exposure to India operations
Has handled scale + execution, not just policy or advisory roles
Proven experience in building or stabilizing HR systems/processes
Comfortable working in energetic / evolving environments
