Role & responsibilities
Drive sales of Mortgage (LAP/Home Loan) and Working Capital products.
Acquire recent customers and build channel/DSA relationships.
Achieve sourcing, disbursement, and revenue targets.
Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for seamless processing.
Ensure portfolio quality and compliance with company policies.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Mortgages, LAP, Working Capital, SME Loans, or Business Loans, Cross sales and Alliances.
Robust sales, sourcing, and relationship management skills.
Positive understanding of lending products and local market dynamics.
